This August saw hugely impressive Norwegian exports of frozen cod, while salted fish, clip fish and coldwater shrimp also saw strong sales during the country's best ever single month for seafood exports, according to the latest data from the Norwegian Seafood Council (NSC).

Over the last month, Norway sold 5,800 metric tons of frozen cod overseas, generating NOK 314 million ($31.2m) in the process. It's an increase of 67% by volume and incredibly 120% by value year-on-year [...]
