Disney Christmas 2022 is almost upon us at Tokyo Disney Resort, and though the entertainment may be lackluster (as is sadly the norm these days), the food is still a welcome change as always! So here we have every single new item coming to both Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea during the holidays.

The new set at Eastside Café features an antipasto misto of marinated scallops and watermelon radish mille-feuille, a petit puff pastry with salmon and roast beef, tagliolini pasta with seafood tomato sauce, bread, and a berry nuts mousse creak cake with macaron.

This set comes with the special holiday-themed beef and tomato sandwich, grape jelly, and choice of coffee and tea beverages.

A special souvenir lunch case is available as always. This time it’s available at Sweetheart Café in Tokyo Disneyland and Dockside Diner at Tokyo DisneySea.

The chocolate churro is back once again (despite our feelings that it needs a break or a new recipe), and is available at Camp Woodchuck Kitchen at Tokyo Disneyland and Hudson River Harvest at Tokyo DisneySea.

A souvenir pouch is available at both restaurants as well along with the purchase of your churro.

For the first time in living memory, The Diamond Horseshoe will play host to a special set. Since its dinner show still hasn’t returned, the outlet is open for regular dining. The set features a wreath-shaped seafood salad, roast beef in a bourbon cream sauce with potato salad and truffle butter, bread, and a custard-cherry-cranberry pie with vanilla ice cream.

A roast beef flank with Japanese sauce and almonds headlines this set, with a bacon & mushroom doria and egg & tomato cream pie accompanying.

Plaza Pavilion features a potato and meat gratin, clam chowder fettuccine with white fish fritters and shrimp, black tea chiffon cake, and choice of soft drink.

Along with French fries and a soft drink, this season’s hot dog is a gratin dog with chicken and barbecue sauce.

This particular souvenir lunch case is available both at Refreshment Corner at Tokyo Disneyland and Zambini Brothers Ristorante at Tokyo DisneySea.

At Grandma Sara’s Kitchen, you can try the omurice and fried shrimp with a shrimp tomato cream sauce, a chocolate cake with strawberry sauce, pumpkin gratin, and a soft drink.

At Grandma Sara’s Kitchen in Tokyo Disneyland and Horizon Bay Restaurant at Tokyo DisneySea, you can pick up this souvenir holiday placemat.

Across the resort, a new Christmas drink will be available. You can pick it up at Refreshment Corner and Camp Woodchuck Kitchen at Tokyo Disneyland, and at Sebastian’s Calypso Kitchen at Tokyo DisneySea.

This toasty winter treat is available at Pecos Bill Cafe at Tokyo Disneyland, and at Zambini Brothers Ristorante and Hudson River Harvest at Tokyo DisneySea.

Café Portofino is finally ditching its katsu set in favor of a roast beef set. This set features a bacon-mushroom soup, a coffee-infused roast beef with balsamic sauce, a mashed potatoes and cheese gratin, bread, and a pistachio-almond cream chocolate cake. A choice of soft drink is also given.

For ¥1000 ($6.90) less, you can get pasta instead. A choice of a seafood salsa pomodoro linguini or pancetta and mushroom cream linguini are available.

Also returning to the seasonal food fray is Zambini Brothers Ristorante, which features a beef stew and mashed potato pie, a seafood carbonara spaghetti, and a chocolate cake with mixed berry sauce.

Ever the premium experience, prices have gone up at Magellan’s again, but the meal looks just as delicious as ever. You start off with a lily bulb and mussel with sea urchin verouté sauce, Iberico pork with scallops, taro, and truffles, flatfish vapeur with champagne sauce, a roast wagyu beef and roast duck with Banyuls wine sauce, bread, and a strawberry-rhubarb confiture and custard pie with a bergamot orange sauce.

For an appetizer, we start with marinated scallops and burrata with nuts along with marinated prawns with salmon roe. For the main course, we enjoy a spaghetti with olive and truffle sauce, prosciutto, and tomato confit. Next is a braised beef cheek in red wine along with eggplant ripieno and carrot risotto. And for dessert, a wreath-shaped fruits and almond spice cake with honey semifredo.

Dockside Diner seems to be taking New York Deli’s place for this season. This time we have a pastrami with creamy mushroom and cheese sauce sandwich, cream soup, a cheesecake and vanilla mousse, and choice of soft drink.

S.S. Columbia Dining Room is upping its game to a more premium offering. We start here with an appetizer assortment — marinated tuna and wasabi sauce, sea urchin and turnip mousse, warm cheese flan, and duck feuille de brick with fruit sauce. Next is a lobster tail and a saffron-infused flatfish. For the main course, there’s roast beef in madeira wine sauce and a beef stew tart with morel mushrooms. Then there’s bread, and for dessert a strawberry and cheese cream verrine along with chocolate cake.

Grilled beef is taking over the typically patty-dominated meal at Horizon Bay Restaurant. The meal starts with a mozzarella tomato soup, followed by grilled beef in demi glace sauce along with a mushroom and pancetta cream sauce. For dessert, a caramel chocolate tart with mascarpone cream sauce.
